Each successful credit card transaction will be followed by a confirmation email from us stating the estimation of shipping and delivery dates for your item(s). For other transactions, each order will be followed by an email stating the total amount you have to pay (item plus delivery). You should only start making payment upon receiving this email. Once your payment is cleared, you will receive a confirmation email stating the estimation of shipping and delivery dates for your item(s).

For Malaysian addressee, your item(s) will de delivered via KANGAROO EXPRESS (please choose either one when filling in your delivery information). All other addressee will be delivered via FEDEX. For addressee other than Malaysia, you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, as we have no control over these charges.

   after payment is cleared.

* Should there be a problem in contacting you via email, we will contact your
   telephone number. Therefore,please state a valid email address and phone
   number in the delivery information.


Our Return Policy

If you are *not satisfied with the sold item, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery to exchange it with a new one. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is proved to be the result of our error. Returnitems are not refundable for cash.
